4. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please inform us at least 5 hours in advance.
Prepaid consultation fees are non-refundable but can be adjusted against future appointments if rescheduled on time.
In case of any genuine concerns, refund decisions will be at the sole discretion of the clinic.
